BR-8 Wav Converter

I'm stuck! I downloaded the Roland Boss BR-8 converter for a zip disk. I plugged my zip drive into the USB port of my computer. The files came up in removable disk F. After the BR-8 converter was installed, I opened it and clicked on drive F, and, since that didn't work, every other file name. However, everytime I clicked on one, it said "Not BR series memory card." I have absolutely no idea what that means. I looked up the manuel and did everything it said on 2 different computers. I know I'm doing something wrong, but I have no idea what. It's really important that I get my file converted to a wav. file, so I can email it. Can anyone help me?
