update created problem

i just updated my computer till date and i have one problem. when i drag folder to another folder, it doesnt go.before update it used to go. and next is update for windows (kb951978) doesnt install in my computer. it proceeds and at last it fails.

Use System Restore to roll back to before the update was installed. Go to Start -> Run -> msconfig
Click on "Launch System Restore" then pick a date before you installed the update.
Do you know the name of the update that caused this problem?
