Hi,
I am not real computer literate but I will try my best to explain my problem.I have tried what a friend of mine told me to do but I still have the problem.About 3 or 4 days ago I wen to a web site that I have been to many times.I clicked on the description of an item to see the picture and it didnt open. All that happened was I got an arrow and an hourglass. The picture never did open up.I got the IE window but nothing in the address bar, just blank and transparent.I then got an Email with a link in it( I use Outlook Express 6), I clicked on that link and the same thing happened, it would not open.I am having the same problem with web pages with links on them. All was fine up until a few days ago.I can use another browser and it all works except the Email links. They still wont open.I hope this explains my problem any help would be appreciated.

Please Click here!, and follow the recommendations in the guide.

If you're still having trouble, We'll need you to use a free diagnostic tool, Hijack This. Follow the instructions in step five of this guide, and post your log as a new topic in the Hijack This forum. It will get a better response there from the people most qualified to analyze logs.

Most of what Hijack This lists lists will be harmless or even essential, DO NOT delete or modify anything yet! Someone will be along to tell you what steps to take after you post the contents of the scan results.
