HP Pavillion zv5000 HELP!

Okay I got a HP Pavillion ZV5000
off my friends so I can start school using this.

It needs a hard drive and ram.
I know it takes DDR Ram so I'm not worried about that I know how to handle laptop ram.
But the Hard Drive set up is really confusing me.
Can some one helps me find a hard drive for it?

And something in the range of 100-500 Gigs.
and can someone please teach me how to find hard drives for these kinda computers.
