Hi all,
I have a Windows Server 2003 as my domain controller. AD and DNS is installed.
I can make another compter a member of my domain. On that computer I can access internet, but on my Domain controller I cannot. I get the error "Cannot find server or DNS error".
I've tried serveral options at the tcp/ip properties with as dns server the ip address of the DC itself and of the ip address from my ISP.

What am I missing here???? Can anyone give a clue?

Hi all,

Found the answer to the problem, I had given my DC a static IP address which I also filled in for the default gateway. When I pointed it to my router, things worked fine.

Thanks for your support.
