Is this process path name correct?

I was using a few process utilities and found the path name to my winlogon.exe to be a little strangs (\??\C:\WINDOWS\system32\winlogon.exe). Are the question marks in front of th path name normal. I tried to locate the .exe but with the two question marks in front of it, my comp. says the .exe does not exhist. Thats what raised my suspicions. In any case does this path name indicate that I should start becoming concerned?
