I have an IBM Thinkpad Laptop and the screen keeps on shutting off. It will come on for about 5-10 minutes when I first turn it on after it has been off for a while, but then progressively it starts going out quicker and quicker until it wont come on at all. I am thinking it could be a virus, but not sure. I ran PC Doctor which said that all of my hardware is fine and I tried connecting it to another screen and it shows up until the laptop screen goes out and then it stops working on the other screen as well. Anyone have any ideas I really need my laptop to start working. Thanks

Give me an Everest Report. Click on "Everest Instructions" in my sig and follow the instructions there.
Have you been overclocking any hardware?
