I just got a new camera, i-joy mobiDV, and I have a webcam that both use Photoimpression 4 to upload/store pictures. But for some reason it won't let me upload pictures. It just says "driver open failed" when I click Acquire like I'm supposed to.. I've tried going into My Computer but it won't let me get my pictures from there.
I'd really like Photoimpression to work, but if not that's fine as long as there's another way to get my pictures, that's really all I care about.

so how are you going about retrieving our pictures? are you connecting directly to the mobidv or are you taking the SD card and inserting it into a card reader?
