How new? What security programs do you use? Do you download a lot from the internet?

My wife had something similar to this happen on her computer. Somehow her location or timezone was set to Serbia or Croatia, I don't remember which. As I don't have an XP computer at my disposal right now, I can't check the exact location, but it was under control panel.
