The time of my computer always suddenly change, like this morning at 8:00a.m., it suddenly changed itself to 1:00p.m.

My wife had something similar to this happen on her computer. Somehow her location or timezone was set to Serbia or Croatia, I don't remember which. As I don't have an XP computer at my disposal right now, I can't check the exact location, but it was under control panel.
