Malware / virus issues

Hi,
I had a problem with a fake anti spyware program. I deleted that but 2 days ago I got an uncontrolled popup of "sextube" and since then having major issues with the PC.
I am unable to run any spyware programs like Spybot or Malwarebytes Anti Malware. they just flash the cursor a couple of times and stop.
I tried to go through your proceedure. I ran ATF cleaner ok but it wont let me run SysRestore.
AVG says everthing is ok??
Help!!
