how can i get my computer to go on line in normal mode it will let me go on line in safe mode but not in normal mode.i dont know why it is doing this.please help me fix the problem.

In normal mode, go to Start -> Run -> msconfig
Go to the Startup tab and click on Disable All. Then reboot into normal mode. Tell me if you can connect then.

i have already tried that eariler it never help me.i still couldnt get on line without being in safe mode

In normal mode, go to Start -> Run -> msconfig
Go to the Services tab, and check "Hide All Microsoft Services"
Then disable all the services. Reboot and try again.
