Need to update sound card

Hi,

I have a computer here which AIDA32 can't find the motherboard name. Therefore, i cant update the sound driver.
Below are the details:

How do i know which sound driver i need for this?

See if CPUz is any better.

We at least know the chipset is Intel® 946GZ - so that's a start.

Download and install EVEREST

Double click the Icon to start the program.
• In left pane expand Computer folder.
• Click once on Summary
• In upper menu, go Report
• And then to Quick Report-Summary
• Save it as a text file, and paste it in your next post.


PLEASE DO NOT INCLUDE ANYTHING UNDER THE LINE THAT SAYS "DEBUG- PCI"

Download and install EVEREST


The old freeware Everest on modern boards won't tell you diddly squat.
This may be a better idea:

hi everyone,
i tried aida32 and everest. non gave me a motherboard name.
i saw the name "realtek" somewhere along the lines, so i went to realtek website and downloaded the driver.

that worked perfectly!
