I've been trying to remove this worm all day using the avast boot scan to no avail, its still there. Now I'm starting to get consent request windows from all my applications (I never used to get consent requests from these applications before) and windows live messenger refuses to connect. I've looked around the forum but most of the help is for XP users, so I'm pretty much at a dead end now. My pc has 2 operating systems, a XP SP3 and Vista Ultimate. If there's anymore information you need to help me solve my problem do let me know and i'll try to get it as soon as possible.
