Hey Monster thanks for the great replys. I am going to go with an AMD because of the value. I was thinking about the Phenom 2 X4 940 Black as the CPU then go from there.

That was great advice on the two hard drives as I will definitely go with two now.

Yeah FSX. I know how it can be around some of those cities. That's why FSX is a beast of a game graphics wise. I am tired of playing on a choppy system and low fps.

Total before MIR = $1,255.89

I have updated the CPU, CPU cooler, RAM, and mobo. Let me know how it looks now.

Also, since the price dropped considerably, you have a few more options now. You can upgrade to tthe top of the line ATI card for $130 more. You could upgrade to a Blu-Ray drive for $134 more. Or you could upgrade your CPU to the top of the line AMD processor for about $55(keep in mind that doesn't include a different mobo or possibly different ram). Obviosuly you don't have to do any of these, but I was just showing you them so you did have some available choices.

I really like that build. I believe I am going to have to run with that. It looks like a great setup and will do what I want and then some. Thanks for your help and time.
