Google Hijacked

Hello and thank you already I just stumbled on this site and am impressed already with the way people volunteer to help. My google searches seem to hijacked as when I click the link it redirects me to different pages. Also when I try to sign into my google account or gmail my firefox (or any browser I use) simply says the page will not load. I am new to this and I do not understand really where to get these logs that everyone seems to be posting along with their problem. Any help is greatly appreciated and thank you in advance.
