This virus is becoming too annoying. The virus seemed to have attacked the computers in my school, and now it is destroying my computer. Please help...

I installed Avast, and the virus was removed in the Boot Scan process. But my Control Panel is missing. The only place I can see a link to it is through NetWork Connections. When I click it, it shows the following error :

"This operation has been cancelled due to restrictions in effect on this computer. Please contact your system administrator."

Any help here???

Can anyone close this topic, my problems are resolved now.
