As the topic states, that is my problem. I cannot log on. I have already tried to copy userinit.exe and wsaupdater.exe files in the recovery console from booting my XP cd as I have found have worked out for other people on other forums. It did not work. Safe mode does not work, so I cannot do a system restore. I have also tried this approach: http://thinkinginpix...onlog-off-loop/ but the recovery disc in step 4 does not boot, and yes, my bios is made to boot from the cd/dvd drive first. I would greatly appreciate the help if anyone knows an alternate way of fixing this problem.
