weird startup item

i have webroot spy sweeper and every time i start my computer i get a message saying the startup has changed and something called:

winwkys.exe loads up

what is this? everytime i try to delete it from the startup it pops back up again. help

Does Spy Sweeper say where winwkys.exe is located?
