Please help if u can.My laptop is a IBM Thinkpad ME edition.I have a Toshiba CD-RW/DVD-ROM DRIVE Model#SD-R2002 installed. It used to play cds but now it does'nt but it will play dvds just fine. I want to burn cds and copy pics and it is impossible to do this. Can anyone tell me a drive that I can purchase that will work with my system? I've taken this one out and reinstalled it several times and it still wont work except for the dvd part.PLEASE HELP.

Well without having a more precise model number on the laptop I'd say you would either need to 1) try to find the same model cdrw/dvd drive or 2) try going to lenovo ( who now own the ibm laptop business ) or 3) do a google search for laptop replacement parts and see if any place has a drive replacement listed for that particular model... some may even be willing to help directly... either by phone or maybe e-mail....
