computer is freezing/slow/wont recognize new programs

well since its a laptop I would suggest you take it to a shop. Messing inside a laptop without knowing exactly what you are doing could cause damage to other components.

I myself won't work on them because they are so small and compact. I know there are techs who will and maybe could instruct you on what to do. I think with a temperature llike that it should be looked at.
