I am having problems with Trojan Horse Crypt.EML. When opening up Internet Explorer AVG comes up with a residential shield message but won't allow me to heal it.

I have got down to your Scan for Spyware on your cleaning guide but Malwarebytes keeps not responding. Computer then crashed on me and won't reopen.

What can I do???
