plus, I have tons of pop ups. Went through the helpful guide here, mostly to no avail unfortunately. The only thing that has worked is a program called Webroot Spy Sweeper (downloaded trial version from Download.com), which prevents the home page from being switched. However, this seems to be a temp solution as I believe if I were to turn off the program things would go back to being problematic.
Every time I run adaware, or Spybot S&D, they get rid of a bunch of stuff...but then some of it comes back anyway. Can't figure it out, getting tons of popups...help!
