old ways for removal not working (quicknavigate)

ok, i've followed the previous instructions for removing virtual maid, quick search etc etc but one of the things that got on my computer is quicknavigate and it WILL NOT GO AWAY. Here's a log by hijackthis which is permanantly located on my desktop:

As you can see, my log is quite short and I don't have that much running, and the only harful stuff hijack this picks up is quicknavigate!! How can i boot teh qu1cKn4v1g4t3 fr0m M3h c0mput0rz?!?!?! PH34R T3H QU1CKN4V1G4T3!!!
