Hello,
I am no computer wizard and seem to have inadvertantly downloaded some sort of virus on to my laptop and was hoping someone out there might no what i could do to get rid of it. I have symantec antivirus which detected a backdoor.tidserv virus which it successfully deleted but i think i still have some sort of virus because everytime i search something in google and click on the link i get redirected to a random web page, often myspace, and have to click on it a 2nd time to get to the page i searched for. also i can't run my spybot spyware remover and i can't run online virus removers i think this is another effect of the virus? and i can no longer upload photos onto the net.

Is there any way of getting rid of this virus? I would appreciate any help! Thanks
sasha
