Hey guys

So being the idiot i am i downloaded a virus/spyware/maleware, being an even bigger idiot i had a pretty good idea it was something bad when i opened it but i thought to myself 'eh, Norton will get it'. Well norton didn't, in fact Norton doesn't even work anymore and now every second time i open a page it takes me to one of a few varying sites i assume are trying to steal my personal information and I'm not aloud to go to a few sites claiming i'm trying to DDoS attack them (Yes, they're adults sites hehe)

Anyway, the sites i get blocked from claim the Virus is called 'Troj/Rustok-N'

Heres a little bit of information about my Laptop in case you need it as well as a Thanks in advance

Windows Vista Version 6.0.6001 Service Pack 1 Build 6001
2.1 GHz, Dual Core CPU
2.00GB RAM

and

Huge thanks in advance for anyone willing to give me the time of day to fix my mess i stupidly made.
