Virus' taking control over email!

Hey,

I recently posted a new topic to fix my home computer, but it was closed because I could not access my account for some time, so I have started this one.

We are having problems with virus', it is sending out random emails containing information for computer sales and such. It has also slowed down our computer dramatically.

Please help out however possible, I realize it takes time, and understand.
