.exe wont run on windows server 2003

hi guys,
im trying to install acronis true image for small business server onto my server which is running windows server 2003. when i try to run the .exe file an hour glass appears for a second but then disappears and nothing happens. i have installed the latest applicable windows installer and still no luck. any help would be appreciated. cheers :)

NOT SO FAR, I HAVE OBTAINED ANOTHER COPY OF THE FILE AND IT STILL WONT OPEN

sorry, the file is from acronis true image website, it was purchased yesterday, but so far have received no support from them

Sounds like a corrupted download. Acronis should be providing an MD5 hash for the file for you to compare.
