One last question...which of the antispyware programs I listed before should I run all the time?

The one you find easiest to use.
And I'm not just saying that. They are all good, so the deciding factor should be if you understand how to operate it.

I have MicroSoft AntiSpyware resident since I am testing that for them and I like that one.
