What do i need to run a .vbs file?

i would like to run a .vbs file

in the software application description,
it says that i just need to double click the file then it will run the script.

However, it cannot.

i just wonder wat kinda software i need to run this script?

save the script to the c:\ drive and then go to start, run and type in: cscript c:\script.vbs using script.vbs as an example. the important thing is that you need to start it with cscript followed by the full path to the vbs file.
