Thanks I'll try that. I just don't see how one would work and not the other, yet they're both the same format and size.

Umm also if i'm not mistaken it says "At most only 5 minutes of the file will be converted" because I'm only using the trial version. Seriously? That's a little ridiculous if you ask me. No point in using it then, if that's the case.

Yes, the trail version only allows 5 minutes of video.
Google might reveal some other alternatives, it's worth a try.

Use prism, it's what i used..
Also a trial - but lasts 14 days or something, and you can do the whole video.
