Hi,

I'm planning on building my first desktop soon and wanted get some advice from experts first. I plan to spend $700 max on the parts. I already have an Antec 900 case and a 550w power supply so I don't need to include those in my budget (as long as 550w is enough power). Here is a list of the parts I've selected.

I plan to used this desktop for video game playing and watching movies on 1080p tv. I want it fast in general which is why I chose these parts. I might consider overclocking it, but only if it works safely with this current setup.

Motherboard: Suggestions that fit PII X3 and DDR3 RAM and RAID 0 support?

Processor: AMD Phenom II X3 720 2.8GHz 3 x 512KB L2 Cache 6MB L3 Cache Socket AM3 95W Triple-Core Black Processor - Retail

I plan to RAID 0 in the future.
I'll also be getting 2 dvd/rw drives.
Again this is going in an Antec 900 case with a 550w power supply.

Please let me know if you think this setup is best for my budget/needs. Any suggestions at all are welcome.
Thank you very much in advance.

Mark
