bsod DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

Yesterday i logged onto my computer and i noticed that I had a new virus called "Malware Doctor". So I did a virus scan with 2 different programs,(cc cleaner & SUPERantispyware free edition). I had already begun the scan with SUPERantispyware and at the same time i was updating cc cleaner..When the SUPERantispyware scan was complete, I needed a reboot.So i clicked yes to reboot and while all of this was happening,cc cleaner was still updating, but it had to stop because of the reboot.. I logged back onto my computer and while I was waiting for my desktop to load everything, the blue screen of death popped up. it said DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL and STOP: 0x000000D1 (0xE1D6B000, 0x00000002, 0x00000000, 0xEE959E85)

can someone please help me?!
