No audio or wireless connectivity

Hello, I am hoping someone can help here. I have rebuilt an Elonex CY27 laptop that was going to be scrapped at work. Having formatted and then installed XP (2k previously) I have no audio or wireless connectib=vity. In device manager the following have the yellow mark next to them.

Multimedia audio controller
PCI Modem
Video Controller
Video Controller (VGA Compat)
COMM Port 1
ECP Printer port.

I know that my motherboard is a montara0.86C.0008.D.0302181901.

Any ideas?
