Yahoo Password Reset Failure

2 weeks ago I just made a new account in yahoo, (remembered my yahoo id and password) and just last week my password was denied when i tried to log in. at first i thought i forgot my pw so i just clicked "forgot password". after i correctly filled up the security questions i was still denied of updating my account pw. I thought something's wrong. im just wondering if it may be a cause of a trojan or virus? please i need help.

attached is the window saying that i cant reset my pw.
