CPU usage is constantly high now

Specs:
Core 2 Duo E6600
4GB Ram Dual Channel

I am running Windows Vista Ultimate 32-Bit SP2 and recently I got a new video card because my last one fried (I went from having a Geforce 8800 GTS 320 MB to Geforce 9800GTX+ 512 MB). Ever since I got it, my PC has been running really slow, I cannot play CS or WOW with a decent framerate. I used to play CS on 100 fps constant and WOW on at least 50-60 fps and now it's running on barely 10-20. This is my Hijack log and hopefully you guys can find the problem and give me a solution and save me time from reformatting. I have ran Kaspersky countless times and also Spybot, it did find some problems but nothing significant which might be causing this problem. Thanks in advance

Download Process Explorer: http://technet.micro...s/bb896653.aspx
Unzip ProcessExplorer.zip, and double click on procexp.exe to run the program.
Click on View > Select Colunms.
In addition to already pre-selected options, make sure, the Command Line is selected, and press OK.
Go File>Save As, and save the report as Procexp.txt.
Attach the file to your next reply.

Take a snapshot while playing the game.

Yeah my setup can run the card fine, i don't think it's the card itself, it might be something else but I uploaded the file you asked for and here are screenshots of the games:

It usually fluctuates, like right now..I don't have any problems but I could be able to listen to music and run games at good fps but now it's just slow...could there be any other problems? should I reformat then?

I see no reason for reformatting since the problem started right after you installed new video card.
It may be something wrong with the card itself (bad hardware out of the box happen), it may be your power supply (what's the wattage on it?).
Try to catch another Process Explorer snapshot, when the actual spike happens. We may see something.
