Laptop Won't Connect, But others will

I have a Dell Vostro 1000 Laptop running XP, and it won't connect to my friend's router wirelessly when he has both a desktop and laptop connected already.

The right password, WPS-PSK and whatnot is all correct, and my computer simply won't connect to his internet, but it works fine with my router at home

Thought I should mention that when I do try to connect, it starts to establish the connection...and then just...stops...and it's like it never did anything. No Limited Connectivity...just...nothing
