I'd guess the PSU if the RAM test comes back with a pass. Are you able to swap in another known good PSU to test?

Hopefully it won't until it finishes at least one complete pass.

It shouldn't make a difference as the program runs without the HD's but if you would like you can disconnect the second hd for the tests

i run memtest and has come up with no errors

i have let the pc boot up after running test, and it has restarted itself after 5 mins, as it stands at the moment only the original hd is connected to the machine.

i don't known another PSU would you be able to suggest one for my system, with out it costing the earth?
