Well, right now, I have no mouse (for a week already) and I had been using keyboard shortcuts and yes, it's not that easy...

Anyway, my computer suddenly makes beeping noises. It's actually the first time it made continuous noises (most probably whenever I am typing). Before, when it beeps, it beeps only once or twice then freezes and is usually followed by restarting. But right now, it keeps on beeping yet my speakers are turned off!

What can I do to fix this? And is having a mouse that is not working plugged in affecting it? Please help.

If you know the mouse had a problem I would suggest you address that issue first and see if the problem goes away. Do you have another mouse you can try or can you try that mouse on another computer?
