Hi,

I been playing roseonline on my pc for long time and it use to work fine. Recently everytime i play the game, the game would freeze up my pc or lag for like every 2 minutes. When it freezes i can't do nothing but to press and hold the on button on my tower so it would restart. If i never open the game after i reboot my pc, the pc works fine, no lag, no freeze. But if i played the game, and even if the pc didnt' freeze during the game play, but only lags, after i exit the game, my pc would have lags on windows, ie, etc.. Can this be a graphic card issue? Oh and also i reinstall my windows too to see if it would solve the issue, but it did not. Also i play rose on my other pc in my house, and it works fine, only lags and freezes on this pc.

Thank you for your time!

Download, and install SpeedFan: http://www.almico.com/sfdownload.php
Post your computer temperatures:

Post two sets of results, one when computer idle, second one while playing the game.

I don't think SpeedFan's labeling is correct.
What kind of processor do you have ((hold Windows logo key, hit Pause/Break key)?
Get RightMark CPU Clock Utility (RMClock): http://cpu.rightmark.../download.shtml, and let us know what it says about temps.

Hi,

This is the processor i'm using :

AMD Athlon ™ 64x2 Dual
Core processor 5000 +
2.59 GHz, 200 GB of ram

As for the temperature i'm not sure if i'm looking at the right place but this is what it says:
from the rightmark cpu clock utility: looking under cpu info

Core temp: 24.6 c (pc idle) nothing running
Core temp: 34 c the temps keep going up and down like 32-36 c (pc with game running)

thanks

Hmmm...temps look fine, your computer specs are fine, nice video card...

Do this...

Download Process Explorer: http://technet.micro...s/bb896653.aspx
Unzip ProcessExplorer.zip, and double click on procexp.exe to run the program.
Click on View > Select Colunms.
In addition to already pre-selected options, make sure, the Command Line is selected, and press OK.
Go File>Save As, and save the report as Procexp.txt.
Attach the file to your next reply.

Important. Take a snapshot with PE, while playing the game, and (if possible) while the lag occurs.

Hi,

Thanks, but i have no clue what i have on this pc, because a friend got it for me, and i'm a dummy w/ pc :) But it's nice to know that it's a nice video card.

Attached is the report without game, and also a snapshot while playing game. The snapshot while playing game, I wasn't laggy when I took the snapshot, but if possible i try take one later if lags occur while i'm on it.

Text file shows System Idle Process at 100.00%, which is perfect.
The screen shot shows TRose.exe CPU usage at 35%, and the other 65% for System Idle, so I see no problem here, either.
Since this is on-line game....what type of connection do you have?
What are your speeds from here: http://www.speedtest.net/

When you get to that site, click on a pyramid closest to your place, and it'll test your download, and upload speed.

For DSL, the numbers are pretty decent.

Download Autoruns for Windows: http://technet.micro...s/bb963902.aspx
No installation required.
Simply unzip Autoruns.zip file, and double click on autoruns.exe file to run the program.
Go File>Export As, and save AutoRuns.txt file to know location.
Attach the file to your next reply.
