Not sure if this would be the correct place to post, but here goes.

Recently, within the past month or so, this computer would start stalling for a few seconds to maybe a minute at a time. It doesnt happen a lot, but it still happens too much. It's as if there is something in the background that is causing it to freeze, but being that i'm not computer savvy, i haven't a clue. Also, on a side note, the wireless connection for this computer also tends to freeze as well, usually when on the internet, sorta as if it had disconnected. I kinda worry that there is something causing the computer to lag and messing with the connection. Any help would be appreciated.

Run some basic maintenance.
Download ATF Cleaner from here: http://www.atribune....c...5&Itemid=25
Run the program according to the instructions on the link.

Download Auslogics Disk Defrag from here: http://www.auslogics.com/disk-defrag
Install it and defrag your disks.
