Hi so i just update window to sp3 few weeks ago. Im not sure was it sp3 or explore 8 (downloaded it together) change the language setting or what but all the websites i goto japanse/korean/chinese all in blocks now they weren't before the update the right-click>encoding to that language on those site doesn't work. So now to install them im suppose to get window xp disk which i have but its not mine still doesn't work can't fine file. Any other way to install or what setting change during the update??
