On a top of it, Dell computer are pretty picky about drivers.
I'd roll back those three.

Then download and install the Full Software Suite. This is for your video card.
Reboot, and see if it helps.

I live in the USA, so I am not familiar with your ISP. Try getting support from them, as told by hawklord.

Problem sorted. Many thanks to all who responded I appreciate your patience ! I rang freedom2surf support this morning and they have fixed my line. It's a pity they are not open at the weekend otherwise it would obviously have been sorted sooner and saved everyone's time. Ken
