New automatic computer shutdown problem (virus?)

Hello, I've been working on this problem for over 5 hours now. I recently got a problem causing my computer to automatically shut down. Through experience, I've discovered that it is triggered by typing or clicking the mouse, and also, by keeping windows media player up, it prompts me whether i want to shut down, and i have to click no over and over the many times it prompts me while i am typing(like now) to avoid the shutdown. I have run ad-aware, spy Search and destroy, and norton, updated, in safe mode, with no virus' left to be detected, but the virus still apparently exists. Note that i am using this computer through a network, but my other 2000 is not affected by this.

Work through the malware removal guide at the top of this forum where it says "Do you suspect a malware (Spyware, Virus, Trojan) infection? Please start here. " Once you have done that, if you still have trouble run a new hijack this log and post it in the malware forum at:
