unable to complete malware steps

IE won't let me click on links to download the rest of the steps in the malware removal I was only able to steps 1 and 2 before it stop letting me go to the other pages. Two days ago got virus from fake facebook message. and then when i clicked on links it kept daying jumping and took me to several different webpages. Please Help I'm an online student and can't get any work done. Thanks.
