Not just yet.
I need you to set up a super minimal system.
All you need is a mobo, PSU, monitor + keyboard + mouse, CPU, and 1 stick of RAM.

Go here: http://www.pendrivel...nstall-windows/
And create a boot USB...
Tell me when you got all that... you don't need a HDD or Optical Drive.

hmm. what do you got up your sleeve? Testing with a completely different os (ubuntu) on a minimal system? I almost bought a mobo today for like 70 bux but am holding off for a bit. Cuz i thought about it for a minute and was like, man i dont feel like dropping 70-80 bux to fix this once in a while boot hang ANNOYING pesky little problem. And crap i dont have a usb drive haah. But im actually a big ubuntu fan. The only reason i dont switch completely over to it is because I cannot get Reason or Sony Vegas running successfully on it. When that day comes though, peace out to mac and windows 4 sure, hah!

You are trying with WINE right?

The system I am asking you to boot from is even more minimal, and should give some results and help us put the blame on the mobo for good... nothing else I really have except to try this (get a USB drive)
