i have a desktop with a vga slot and hdmi slot in the back, i have 2 monitors that have only vga connections available and i want to set them up as dual span monitors. if the video card or whatever is the right kind (which im assuming mine is since it has vga and hdmi) would a vga splitter work for making it dual span monitors? or would my only option probably be to convert the hdmi to vga?

my computer is a acer aspire x3200-u3600a if that helps at all with getting me an answer
