Hello there! Welcome to Geeks to Go!
Are you using Internet Explorer 8? Do you know how to check this?

Thanks for answering.
No I never upgraded to 8 because of the all the problems I heard people had with it. Could this be causing the issue? It's not like I can's see some sites on IE, I can. It's just certain sites I can't see like my store and my store setup. Others seem to be able to see it online (both the store and the store setup)both in 7 and in 8.
If I must upgrade I will although I'd prefer not to.

Http://too-bad-dogs-inc.com, http://too-bad-dogs-...store/setup.asp, and http://www.frappr.co...filigreeartists are the ones I'm having problems with now. And the http://www.frappr.co...filigreeartists can't be seen on either IE or Mozilla. Other people have no problem at all seeing them.

using firefox...I can't connect to any of those EXCEPT the store login page...
with IE ...too-bad-dogs-inc.com, is a no go but the frapper.com sites works
now I'll try googles chrome browser...I can connect to all of them using chrome...
let me get a little free time and I'll try to figure this out...

Hint: HappyRock, two HTTP:// codes at beginning of the user's url instead of one.

How did I get 2 http:// in front of my url? And why isn't it showing up in Mozilla? Thanks.

just a typing error, if you remove one http:// and it should work.

http://Http://too-bad-dogs-inc.com
This was the syntax of the Too-bad-dogs-inc.com link with the G2G redirect removed.

What does that mean and how do I correct it? also why isn't it showing up in Mozilla? Sorry to sound stupid but I am when I comes to these technical things. Thanks

Your probably inadvertently hitting a hotkey while hitting enter, such as control and enter auto inserts www. and .com into the address bar.

http://www.example.com/example.html
Links are formatted like the one above. It was just a syntax error here on G2G, no biggie.
