I know that I can add "-private" to the shortcut to open IE8 in the InPrivate mode. However, I want to go one step further than that.

For example a shortcut for http://www.google.com/ will open in my default browser which is IE8. I want to know if there is anyway I can modify the shortcut to force it to open using IE8 InPrivate mode.

There is a hack that you can configure so that it adds the option to open your Internet shortcut in InPrivate mode in the shortcut menu. For example, when you right click your Google shortcut, there will be an option to open it in InPrivate Mode.
