Are P2P programs like kazza imesh shareaza and winmx illegal because loads of people tell me different things and some say it isnt illegal but it is illegal to give rhem to any one else could someone please tell me if it is illegal or tell me the rules about P2P.

With P2P you can be open to spyware, one of the programmes you mention was voted most spyware laden installation on the Internet.
