I keep receiving an RPC error when running ipconfig from my command prompt. I also get all zero's in the IP address and subnet mask. I have ATT DSL and they say it is my NIC card. I replaced the NIC, modem, and cables and still get the error. One day my DSL was working, now it doesn't and ATT can't seem to help me.

I hope someone here can help!

Winsock is broken. Run the tool below and reboot.
